When you make the decision to book the trip with us we send you the link with trip booking form including information needed for a trip advanced deposit payment. We require 30% advanced deposit payment of the total amount via bank transfers, credit card payment or by cash. Upon receiving booking information from you we put your trip on confirm trip schedule and start our preparation for it. Please note that 30% advanced deposit payment is not refundable. WhiteWater Nepal Pvt. Ltd. requires to have full payment before the trip starts and once the payment is done the company can not refund it if you want to cancel the trip due to your own reasons.
